One of the questions I get most often is, how often should I exercise? You really should be getting some form of movement every day and when you are coming to see me, my recommendation probably won’t be what you think. However, whatever the recommended amount is, I always recommend to start slow and build up your routine. You want to build upon something that will be maintainable for you.
